TorFPV pisze: ↑21 sty 2024, 19:18 Mam problem z ustawieniem temperatury głowicy. Zacznę od tego, że moja drukarka od początku drukowała na oryginalnie dostarczonym sofcie i grzałce. Temperatury trzymała w granicach +/- 0,5 stopnia. Wszystko zaczęło się od spalenia grzałki. Wymieniłem na nową i bez testowania zrobiłem PID tuning a nowe wartości wpisałem do pamięci eprom oraz zapisałem. Teraz temperatura skacze w granicach +/- 10 stopni. Nie ważne ile cykli tuningu bym zrobił to i tak temperatura nie chce się ustabilizować. Wygląda to mniej więcej jak tutaj:

Oryginalna grzałka była 50W oraz ta nowa którą założyłem też jest 50W.
Dla testów kupiłem i zamontowałem też grzałkę 40W ale efekt dokładnie taki sam.
Nawet mierzyłem oporności by sprawdzić czy na pewno są to odpowiednio 50W i 40W, wszystko się zgadza.

Z dodatkowych czynności to wymieniłem jeszcze czujnik temperatury - bez zmian.

Nie wiem co mogę jeszcze zrobić by wrócić do stanu oryginalnego kiedy temperatury wahały się w granicy +/- 0,5 stopnia.

Drukarka jakoś drukuje ale czasami wyskakuje błąd Err5.

Uprzedzając pytania - zapis nowych wartości do eprom na pewno robię dobrze bo po restarcie drukarki one dalej tam są.

nawiazujac z reddita problem podobny jest do twojego cytując "During printing after printing 1st layer my printer cancels printing and shows Err5 or Err7. I've read that these errors might be connected to Hot End temperatures. I see that during printing my 3d printer does not get close to set temperature (215), but rather stops heating at 208-209, then drops to 194-196 and the cycle continues."

tam problem zostal rozwiazany i wina była thermistor (temperature regulating measuring device) i wg mnie najlepszym rozwiazaniem było by kupienie owego czujnika na aliexpress od producenta i zamontowanie nowego...

akurat też miałem ten problem po dłuższym czasie uzytkowania tej drukarki i kupienie nowego rozwiazalo wszystkie problemy

Err7: Thermal runaway; when the temperature rises to the target temperature, the current temperature is lower than the target temperature value within the set time and the error is exceeded; please check if the thermal is normal or the PID value is correct. (printer halted)
