Oś Z problem ruchem śrub Prusa Research

Witam panowie po dłuższej przerwie i oczekiwaniach na paczki od majfrendów, w końcu udało się co nieco poskładać przy drukarce. Problem polega na tym że przy kalibracji osi Z (FW Prusa Research z mk3 ) silniki wydają z siebie odgłos jakby coś je blokowało, po delikatnym ruszeniu,dosłownym muśnięciu jednej ze śrub silniki zaczynają się obracać, i po chwili znów się zatrzymują. Kurcze sprawdziłem już kable pozaciskałem nowe złącza i wszystko wydaję się być ok. sruby trapezowe w miarę proste, nie ma jakiegoś kolosalnego bicia które wpływało by na opory przy ruchu, przy wyłączonej drukarce obracam bez problemu śrubami.
Płyta główna to rambo einsy.
Jakies pomysły panowie ?

Może trzeba zwiększyć napięcie na sterownika silników krokowych ...

Nie mam einsy rambo, ale na necie znalazlem grafike i czy w zaznaczonych miejscach ( zał ) nie ma jakiegoś potencjonometru ?

Próbowałeś inną płytkę, żeby ewentualnie wykluczyć winę samych silników ?

No mam takie punkty, ale czy dla sterowników tmc2130 kręcimy potencjometrem ? :crazy:

Panowie problem leży pewnie po stronie ustawień stepsticków, bo tak jakby nie miało siły kręcić motorami. PS byłem pewny że mam te punktu, jednak na mojej einsy nie ma :) Dodam że w mojej prusie mam silniki ze srubą o skoku 2mm czyli inne niżeli w oryginalnej Prusie.

Zasugerowałeś, że masz inną śrubę, ale jesteś pewny, że masz odpowiednią ilość kroków ?

Pewnie to wiesz, ale zobacz ile Twoja śruba trapezowa ma ścieżek gwintu a nie tylko skok. Wartość kroku może być 4x większa / mniejsza jeżeli masz np 4 a nie jedną ( jak w załączniku )

No np. w firmware. Duża część nowoczesnych stepsticków ma takie "magiczne" możliwości :D

O ile mi wiadomo to słowo "skok" jest odpowiednikiem angielskiego słowa "lead", czyli skok uwzględnia w sobie ilość "ścieżek" gwintu. W przeciwieństwie do podziałki aka pitch, ale tutaj mogę się mylić, bo nie jestem ekspertem w kwestii śrub :D

A co do problemu kolegi. Może masz za wysokie przyspieszenie/jerk/prędkości w osi Z? Przy śrubach ze skokiem 2mm silnik musie siękręcić 4 razy szybciej niż w ori Prusie , żeby osiągnąć ten sam efekt. Może po prostu nie nadąża?

śruby 2mm przy silnikach 400 krokowych dają radę około 10mm/s i koniec.

Nie masz racji, skok gwintu jest odpowiednikiem "pitch" czy dokładniej "thread pitch"
Thread path to ilość ścieżek gwintu tak jak to rozumiem ( w Oryginalnej Prusie mam 4, natomiast najczęściej można kupić 1 i tle mam w innych drukarkach ) - różnica jest w mikrokrokach kolega w FW ma steps per mm w Z ustawione jako 1600mm czyli jakby miał 4 ścieżki a jeżeli ma śrubę z 1 ścieżką to powinien mieć 400 (albo właśnie 3200/8 tj wykomentowane )
