OctoPrint - "unhandled communication error"

Mam pytanie czy ktoś się spotkał z takim problemem ?? Ostatnio miałem coś takiego przy probie jednego wydruku staje zaraz po tym jak skończy pomiar stołu i ma przejść do drukowania. Czytałem na githubie i na grupach octoprinta że dzieje się tak przy złym zasilaniu RPI lub kablu usb ale myślę że wyeliminowałem te dwie przyczyny bo i zasilacz i kabel podmieniłem. Ostatnio potraktowałem slicerem plik ponownie i o ile pamiętam zrobiłem ręczne poziomowanie stołu więc przychodzi mi do głowy czy przypadkiem jak stanie zaraz po pomiarze stołu nie ma to coś wspolnego z tym że procek na płycie Anet nie ogarnia danych po pomiarze ??

Podmiana kabla USB nie oznacza że rozwiąże to problem. Po tym jak wywali ten błąd zaloguj się po ssh i wpisz polecenie:

No dobra zobacze. wyeksportowałem ponownie gcode ze slicera i przeszło teraz drukuje. sprawdze przy kolejnym wydruku i dam znać. a Co robi to polecenie ??

Zrzuca końcówkę logów systemowych Linuksa. Szukamy tam błędów związanych z pracą USB.

Wpisałeś samo dmesg i czy to wystąpiło po rozłączeniu? Bo ogólnie to nie widzę tego żeby USB się rozłączyło.

Hmmm to z tego loga nie wynika jak by był problem na poziomie warstwy USB. Jeszcze jest druga opcja, CH340 podobno czasem się sypie przy wyższych prędkościach. Możesz spróbować zmniejszyć o jeden stopień w dół ale musisz to zmienić i w octoprint i w firmware.

Hmmm schodzenie niżej nie byłby zalecane ale można spróbować. Co go g-code to może być, może być w nim jakaś komenda która sypie Atmegę czy coś podobnego ale to jest trochę mało prawdopodobne.

No bo wyeksportuje sypie sie wyeksportuje ponownie pojdzie. Nie wiem moze to zbieg okoliczności ale kilka razy juz mi tak zrobil. Chociaż z drugiej strony zawsze staje po G29 moze tu ma problem ? Moze jakos przeladowuje procek co ? Mam siatke pomiarow 8/8 to sporo punktow

Jeśli zawsze staje w tym miejscu to jest to bardzo istotne. Pokaż to co wywala Arduino jak kompilujesz soft (procent zajętej pamięci itp.).

Tak tak tylko i wylacznie w tym. Tyle ze juz jakis czas tego softu uzywalem i nigdy problemow nie bylo. No moze raz czy dwa w przeszlosci. Potem bede przy komputerze to sproboje to zrobic. Moze tez zmienie na nowego marlina skoro skynet nie jest juz rozwijany

Dziwne ale w 100% powtarzalne. Nie chciało mi się tego diagnozować dalej - karta SD po prostu siedzi na stałe w czytniku.

Ja miałem w slicerze źle ustawiony typ gcode i dławiło komunikację, bo sypało co rusz błędami. Tylko u mnie nie przerywało druku a zatrzymywało na chwilę na krótkich odcinkach. Możesz też zobaczyć czy w gcode startowym nie masz czegoś czego Anetka nie obsługuje np poziomowania (jeśli go nie masz)

Kurde nie powinienem mieć nic takiego. W S3D mam wybrany profil Anet czyli samo sie wszystko ustawia a startowy Gcode mam nieco rozszerzony z Skyneta ktory tez pod Anet byl robiony przeciez. Jedyną modyfikacją powazniejsza bylo wprowadzenie wycierania glowicy z boku jak w prusie

Octoprint sam mówi co trzeba zrobić. Po prostu autoleveling przy takiej ilości punktów powoduje że octoprint dochodzi do wniosku że drukarka umarła (w trakcie autoleveling drukarka nie odpowiada na komendy). Zwiększy czas odpowiedni w ustawieniach połaczenia w octoprint.

Tak tak już to zrobiłem zwiększyłem na 500 s na próbę wywaliła znowu błąd a po restarcie już poszła ok zobaczymy przy następnych wydrukach. Dziwi mnie tylko że wcześniej to działało i przy tak dużej liczbie punktów. Zobaczymy
