Właśnie Royal Mail rozesłało email, że export do UE jest w całości objęty VAT i że poczta przy wysyłce może pobrać ten podatek.

Trzeba wtedy przy wysyłce podać który sprzedawca (eBay, Amazon, Etsy)

Ciekawe tylko jak powiązana będzie deklaracja przy wysylce z wpłata i sprzedawca...


Selling to the EU and the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme

From 1 July 2021, there are changes for items being sold into the EU from outside the EU, including Great Britain. These are the launch of the EU Import One Stop Shop scheme and changes to VAT rules.

What will change?
The IOSS scheme allows buyers to pay any VAT and customs charges when the item is sold (worth up to €150) avoiding them having to pay upon delivery. It is not mandatory, but the larger marketplaces have registered to it on behalf of all their sellers.
Any item sold to the EU with a value of €22 or less will no longer be exempt from VAT. This means ALL items sold to the EU will be subject to the local rate of VAT and charges of the destination country.
What do I need to do?

If you've sold an item to the EU through any of the marketplaces below you can continue to use Drop & Go at the Post Office, but we need to collect a bit of additional information to ensure that your customer is not charged again. For items under €150 sold to the EU through an IOSS registered Marketplace:
Write IOSS and the marketplace name on the front of your item near the address e.g.: IOSS EBAY
Tell the branch you've sold the item through an IOSS registered marketplace so we can ensure the correct IOSS number is allocated.
Don't forget to complete your customs form legibly with all the necessary details as normal.
The marketplaces that can currently use this process are:
eBay
Amazon
Etsy
Not on the High Street

A more automated solution using the manifest is being worked on and we'll update you when it's ready.

For items sold to the EU NOT using the IOSS scheme (either through a marketplace or directly) or items over €150 sold to the EU through an IOSS registered Marketplace:
Complete your customs form legibly with all the necessary details as normal.
Post at your local branch as normal and the recipient will be charged any fees that apply on receipt of the item as normal – do not write IOSS or the marketplace on your item.
Sending gifts?
These changes don't impact gifts – simply make sure the GIFT option is ticked in the content section of the customs form. All gifts under €45 are VAT exempt, and for gifts over €45 any charges will be collected from the recipient on delivery as normal.

Vat to jedno i doplate tych 20% jeszcze by przełknął, ale poczta polska dodatkowo wprowadza do kazdej przesylki oplate 8,5PLN za tzw. dokonanie zgłoszenia celnego. W takim przypadku zamawianie drobnych przesylek za pare zł nie bedzie mialo sensu.

W praktyce to zgłoszenie celne to nic innego jak wał w celu pobrania dodatkowej oplaty za przesylke, za którą cło sie nie nalezy gdyz przedmioty do 150euro nie podlegają ocleniu

Dlatego wysyłając z już opłaconym vat-em unikasz odprawy.

Droższe o 20% ale bez opłaty za odprawę.

Skad poczta bedzie wiedziala ze vat oplacony? Bedzie jakas pieczątka z krwi od aliexpress? Nie wszystie towary ida przez ali standard shiping i jadą we wspolnym transporcie. Czesc bezposrednio od malych chinskich januszy idzie poczatą chinską, wiec jak poczta polska ma ropoznac ze ali pobrało i oplacilo vat?
